Service Description
Book a consultation with me to create a personalized soap blend tailored to your skin's needs. This price include 10 bars of soap at 4 oz each. Base price includes up to 2 extra ingredients (additives, or colors), along with a fragrance if desired. Soap will be made using distilled water. See add-ons for liquid substitution options as there is an extra charge to use other liquids (i.e. fresh goat milk). NOTE: If you are allergic to any oils, or butters, (i.e. coconut oil, mango butter, etc.) please include that on the form. After the call an invoice will be sent for the balance of the order (minus the deposit) and will include the cost of shipping and handling. The soap will be wrapped in a sleave and list the ingredients as well as the name of the soap. The invoice must be paid prior to production. IMPORTANT: This is cold process soap. After the soap is poured, a 4 to 6 week cure time is required. Please take that into account with your order.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is only for final confirmation purposes prior to production. Please select a date/time for confirmation in the calendar. This 15-minute session is only a placeholder for dual confirmation purposes. We can confirm via call, text, or email, just to make sure that there are no changes after you have completed the form and discuss any concerns prior to production. An invoice will be sent to you for payment for the remaining balance after the completed confirmation appointment. Production will start after the invoice is paid. As this is a custom product, there will be no refunds after production. Depending on the complexity of your order, your soap will be ready for use after 4 to 6 weeks of curing. Orders will be shipped out 2 weeks after production (so that the soap is hard enough to withstand shipping) with the "use after" date clearly marked.
