Service Description
Book a consultation with me to create a personalized soap blend tailored to your skin's needs. This price include 10 bars of soap. Base price includes choice of up to 6 oils and butters and up to 2 additives along with a fragrance if desired. See add-ons for liquid substitution options. I will send you a form to confirm the ingredients, etc. Please complete it and send it to me prior to our call so that we can discuss and reconfirm. After the call an invoice will be sent for the balance of the order (minus the deposit) and will include the cost of shipping and handling. The soap will be wrapped in a sleave and list the ingredients as well as the name of the soap. The invoice must be paid prior to production. IMPORTANT: This is cold process soap. After the soap is poured, a 4 to 6 week cure time is required. Please take that into account with your order. While you will receive your soap prior to this timeframe, it is highly recommended that you wait until the date provided to use your soap for optimal results.
Cancellation Policy
Please check your schedule before booking a consultation, or session. Cancelling is available up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. For example, if you are scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday, then you have until 2:00pm on Tuesday to cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. Reschedules must be at least 12 hours prior to your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit. For example, if you are scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday, you have until 2:00am on Wednesday to reschedule without charge. If you do not cancel, or reschedule, and you no-show your appointment, there will be a 30% fee. 70% of the amount paid, minus any bank charges, will be refunded, so long as this is your first no-show. Beginning on your second no-show, you will be charged 100% of any amount paid and there will be no refund.
